Welcome, I'd like to help you move with more ease, feel a deeper connection to your body, and heal from pain. My primary focus is working with the fascia through techniques in craniosacral therapy and myofascial release. I use a sprinkling of massage therapy to connect the techniques and create a holistic experience.

I pay attention. My approach is holistic. I use a combination of intent and intuition. You will feel cared for, mentally grounded, and physically aligned. With the use of gentle, non-threatening touch we can tell your nervous system that you are safe and that you can let tension go. Fascial holding patterns can unwind and pain can heal.

I feel grateful to be able to hold space for you wherever you are today. I'm here to make a difference in your life. Together we will work to restore balance in your tissue and nervous system. Bodywork is my calling, aside from being a mom to two little people.

I started training in 2009 with a focus in therapeutic massage. Since then I've studied techniques in myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. In 2018 I graduated from a Physical Therapist Assistant program in New Hampshire to expand my knowledge and treatment. I love science and focused, intentional massage but I also know that our nervous system plays a huge role in our health and ability to heal. We can access and support our nervous system through our fascia because the fascia is deeply connected to our brain and spinal cord.
